A typical session lasts 60–90 minutes. You’ll remain fully clothed and relaxed while I work with your energetic and harmonic fields. You may feel heat, emotion, or tingling sensations as energy moves—this is natural and often part of the clearing process.

I will give you a summary at the end of the session. You may also receive vials with different frequencies to take home with you and/or number sequences to take home and repeat.
